You will be managing existing team members and processes for existing and onboarding new client accounts for our SEO and Advertising services at our digital marketing agency.

The mission of the Customer Success Manager is to increase the company's growth by managing existing team members, overseeing smooth communications between clients and the onboarding process of new clients. Your focus is to make sure communication and processes are working and handled in a timely fashion, including interacting with clients (and team members) via Telephone, Email, and Messaging (SMS/Txt, Zoom, Slack, Email, Etc) for our SEO and Advertising services.

Specifically this role is suited for someone experienced working in a digital marketing agency with exceptional communication and organization skills. You will be the primary responsible person to ensure our team, and clients, are flowing properly for communication from the moment a client signs up with our digital marketing agency and you will be coordinating a detailed workflow of onboarding success with the rest of our implementation and deployment team. You will have regular update calls (zoom meetings and phone calls) as well as email communication to make new clients feel welcomed, and ensure their success through the onboarding process by monitoring our team members doing their work for the client.

You will also be responsible to ensure the team is providing bi-weekly and/or monthly updates to existing clients to check in, provide updates on current success, and listen to client feedback about success (or challenges). You will be responsible to coordinate, and follow up on every aspect of our new and existing clients' journey into our digital marketing agency.

Communication in fluent English is a must, ability to write and speak are crucial as most of your job will be focused on communicating with existing and new clients. You will regularly text/email, and semi-regularly be on a zoom call (or phone call) to help our clients succeed through the initial 10 to 20 days of the onboarding process.

You should be able to organize tasks using our internal tracking project management system as well a process web site data (i.e. logging into an advertising dashboard and copy/paste key performance numbers to send in an email to the client). Must be a quick learner as the ability to work with our multiple web-based Tools is a must to achieve success.

You should have experience with SEO and Advertising in the past so that you understand the general concepts and language used in the industry. We will show you our sytems and teach you, but you need to posses a base knowledge around SEO and advertising systems and concepts.

Here is what success looks like in this role:

– Experience with Excel and spreadsheets for managing and collecting data, as well as willingness to collect data from web based tools.

Specifically this role is suited for someone who is detailed and dedicated with consistent follow through. You should be experienced working in customer service and/or sales with a strong spoken English language ability and the willingness to talk on the phone as well as ability to use email, and web systems to communicate through live chat and other common communication systems with potential and new clients.

Here is what success looks like in this role:

– Ability to SPEAK, write and read at an advanced level in English, your ability to understand and reply with follow up emails as well as phone calls is core to this position.

– Ability to run reports and do some research on new potential clients (i.e. prepare notes/reports for our sales team who will meet with clients in our sales process)

WordPress Web Site Designer and Developer
Job Description

The mission of the WordPress Website Designer and Developer is to manage, setup, develop and deploy and maintain web sites running on our hosting services that are running on WordPress (We use cPanel on the web hosting server(s)). We use unique plugins helps create rank-and-rent type websites as well as specialized SEO-enabled websites in large volume. You will be responsible (training videos, and step-by-step training will be provided) for building out new wordpress websites on the platform (using templates, and using the software to build niche specific content sites) as well as updating existing sites to enable it's SEO-location features.

You will also be building Divi and Elementor based websites (mostly Elementor) as well using standard pre-ready themes.

Specifically this role is suited for someone experienced working with wordpress, elementor, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

You should be able to write english fluently and communicate in English via video chat. You will be familiar with data processing (i.e. exporting CSV or Spreadsheet data and processing, uploading or otherwise utilizing it between systems or providing basic reports of success). You should be familiar with making an excel spreadsheet and editing existing spreadsheets. Must be a quick learner as the ability to work with our multiple tools is essential to achieve success

You should have experience maintaining, updating and modifying wordpress web sites, you should be able to update plugins, install plugins, and generally be experience with the back-end ins-and-outs of a wordpress web site. You will be expected to have experience with general web deisgn using WordPress and elementor (or in some cases Divi) – and having experience is a must here. You do NOT need to design websites from scratch, we have 20 or so basic themes we build from for all our websites – but you must be skilled in editing and testing mobile / desktop versions for good function and form.

As for SEO experience, understanding basic SEO is a much – you should understand H1, H2 and Title tags in general and be able to do basic setup in an SEO plugin with WordPress (like utilize the description and title tags properly on each page).

You should be familiar with using OpenAI or ChatGPT to create text – you are not expected to write web site content, but using prompts and general guidelines most of our web sites will have around 5,000 words that you will leverage ChatGPT or similar tools to create.

Here is what success looks like in this role:

– Familiarity or direct experience using WordPress (we will provide detailed videos) but you must have worked on something similar and explain such to apply for this position.
